Shara Jenn, better known as Watcher Two, was an agent of the Imperial Intelligence during and beyond the Cold War. Shortly before the end of the Cold War, she was assigned as a coordinator on a mission to find and destroy the terrorists who killed one of the members of the Dark Council.
